Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market closed Wednesday’s trading at the level of 5,894.05 points after rising by 7.09 points or 0.12%.
Trading volume increased to 21.18 million shares from 13.77 million shares exchanged on Tuesday, turnover also rose to OMR 5.04 million from OMR 3.35 million.
The industrial and financial sectors grew by 0.34% and 0.04% respectively, while the services sector shrank by 0.16%.
Raysut Cement led the green list with a growth of 1.69%, while Al Jazeira Services topped losers after dropping by 1.46%.
Bank Muscat made the highest liquidity of OMR 1.25 million, whereas Bank Nizwa made the biggest trading volume activity with 3.81 million traded shares.
