Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of Muscat Securities Market ended Wednesday’s trading falling 0.38% or 22.5 points to the level of 5,816.82 points.
Trading volume reached 12.9 million shares exchanged at OMR 75.11 million through 585 transactions.
The services sector declined 0.52%, the financial sector shrank 0.46% and the industrial sector dropped 0.37%.
Al Jazeera Steel Products topped losers after shrinking by 4.55%, whereas Phoenix Power led gainers with a growth of 0.64%.
Bank Sohar was the largest-traded stock with a volume of 3.95 million shares, while Bank Muscat made the highest liquidity of OMR 1.28 million.
