Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market ended Tuesday’s session rising by 0.43% or 24.79 points to the level of 5,776.17 points.
Trading volume decreased to 13.5 million shares from 16.11 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also shrank to OMR 2.48 million from OMR 3.24 million.
The industrial, financial and services sectors rose collectively by 0.66%, 0.3% and 0.18% respectively.
Al Hassan Engineering topped gainers after adding 6.12%, while Al Izz Bank led decliners after falling 2.94%.
Bank Nizwa made the biggest trading volume activity of 1.24 million shares, whereas Ooredoo Oman made the highest turnover of ORM 285,550.
