Mubasher: The benchmark MSM 30 of the Muscat Securities Market closed Tuesday’s session falling by 0.33% or 19.75 points to the level of 5,886.96 points.
Trading volume decreased to 13.77 million shares from 17 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also shrank to OMR 3.35 million from OMR 3.7 million.
The financial and services sectors dropped by 0.8% and 0.3% respectively, while the industrial sector rose by 0.11%.
Raysut Cement and Oman Cement topped the green list with a growth of 2.55% and 2.07% respectively, while Construction Material Industry topped losers after falling by 2.4%.
Bank Muscat led the trading activity as 3.05 million shares were exchanged at OMR 1.21 million.
