Mubasher: The Muscat Securities Market (MSM) opened Monday on a positive note as the benchmark MSM 30 grew 0.04% or 2.27 points to the level of 5,385.83 points.
Turnover reached OMR 569,040 as 3.49 million shares were traded through 326 transactions.
The financial and industrial sectors advanced 0.06% and 0.04% respectively, while services dropped 0.03%.
Al Madina Takaful rose 4.17% to become the best performing share as opposed Gulf Investment Services Holding which was the worst after slipping 1.04%.
MSM 30 dipped yesterday 0.09% or 4.78 points to the level of 5,383.56 points.
