Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) advanced in Tuesday’s early session by 0.24% or 14.09 points to the level of 5,866.39 points.
Trading volume reached 13.56 million shares exchanged at OMR 3.29 million through 501 transactions.
By 11:00am Muscat time, the financial and services sectors rose by 0.25% and 0.16% respectively, while the industrial sector fell by 0.52%.
Port Services Corp topped gainers after rising 9.15%, while Al Jazeera Steel Products led decliners after falling 4.48%.
