Mubasher: The Muscat Securities Market’s (MSM) benchmark index, MSM 30, dropped 0.21% or 11.55 points to the level of 5,353.61 points in Monday’s early trading.
Trading volume reached 2.67 million shares exchanged in 144 trades worth OMR 484,380.
Services and financial sectors declined 0.21% and 0.18% respectively, while the industrial rose 0.15%.
National Gas was the weakest share as it dipped 2%, while Al Jazeera steel was the highest with a rise of 3.60%.
The main index slightly surged yesterday by 0.01 points to 5,365.16 points.
