Riyadh - Mubasher: Musharaka Capital Company on Thursday announced distributing SAR 30.8 million worth of cash dividends to the Musharaka REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 January 2020 until 30 June.
The dividends will be distributed to 88 million units at SAR 0.35 per unit, according to a bourse statement.
Eligibility of dividends will be to unitholders at the end of Monday, 13 July, end of the trading day on 9 July, with the distribution set to take place within 15 working days following the due date.
The amount represents 3.39% of the net asset value (NAV) and 3.5% of the unit’s initial price.
