Riyadh – Mubasher: Musharaka REIT Fund will pay a 3.5% cash dividends for the first half of 2019.
The fund will pay a total of SAR 30.8 million, or SAR 0.35 per unit, for the first six months of 2019, according to Musharaka’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
The dividends present 3.6% from the net asset based on the fair market value as of 31 December 2018, the statement added.
It is worth noting that the current size of Musharaka REIT is SAR 880 million divided into 88 million units.
