Kuwait – Mubasher: Mushrif Trading and Contracting has denied the article published in a local newspaper regarding lawsuits filed by creditors.
The Kuwaiti firm clarified that it was not notified of any filed legal cases, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
On 20 November, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) said that Mushrif's stock has been suspended from trading for not disclosing the financial statements of the nine months ended 30 September 2016.
