Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of National Bank of Kuwait - Egypt (NBK) approved a cash dividend distribution of EGP 1.25 per share to shareholders for 2017.
The OGM has agreed to distribute EGP 187.5 million in two installments of EGP 75 million and EGP 112.5 million, respectively, the lender said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The bank created 1% risk reserve out of total credit risks of 2017 net profit, the filing showed.
NBK Egypt’s capital amounts to EGP 1.5 billion distributed over 150 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per share.
