Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has appointed Khalid Mohamed Ibrahim Al Khudair as the company’s new chairman.
Khalid Al Khudair replaces Mohamed Ibrahim Al Khudair, who resigned for personal reasons, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
Moreover, Ibrahim Abdulrahman Alderea has been hired as NCLE’s deputy chairman.
Both decisions will come into force starting from Tuesday, 3 September.
