Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the shareholders of National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) hit SAR 168.231 million in the first nine months (9M) of fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026.
NCLE’s profits increased by 8.52% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 155.01 million, according to the financial results.
The revenues jumped by 12.49% YoY to SAR 609.81 million as of 30 April 2026 from SAR 542.08 million, while the earnings per share (EPS) grew to SAR 3.91 from SAR 3.61.
Quarterly Results
In the third quarter (Q3) of FY25/26, the company’s net profits increased by 18.53% to SAR 67.60 million from SAR 57.03 million in Q3-24/25.
Net sales grew by 14.85% YoY to SAR 212.27 million in the three-month period that ended on 30 April 2026 from SAR 184.81 million.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the profits climbed by 3.85% from SAR 65.09 million in Q2-25/26, while the revenues inched up by 0.02% from SAR 212.22 million.
