Mubasher: The board of National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels recommended a distribution of 20% bonus shares to the entitled shareholders for the fiscal year 2016.
The ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss the board’s proposal on 24 April, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
During FY15, profits increased to AED 176.54 million from AED 165.52 million in FY15.
