Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: About 10% or 8000 of the administrative jobs in the UAE’s ministries and public institutions are emiratisable, said the head of the human resources committee in the National Federal Council (NFC), Hamad Ahmed Al Rahoumi.
The final report on the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources’ policy will be discussed by the NFC on 29 November, Al Rahoumi added, according to Emarat Al Youm newspaper.
Al Rahoumi stated that the report referred to more than 8000 jobs in the public sector taken by expatriates, despite the simple nature of these jobs, noting that they can be easily emiratised, Emarat Al Youm reported.
