Kuwait-Mubasher: National Investments Company (NIC) said that it has clients and shareholders that have different stakes in both Al-Waseet Financial Business and Al-Seef Financial Brokerage Company.
The two firms said on Wednesday that they have reached a preliminary agreement to merge with NIC.
NIC will reveal any further details once official authorities approve the merger.
It added that the financial impact from the merger cannot be currently determined.
