Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Marine Dredging Co (NMDC) said its shareholders approved 15% cash dividends or 15 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.
Total dividend payout amounts to AED 37.5 million for FY16.
The shareholders decided to stop deducting 10% of the company’s net profits as a legal reserve, which reached more than 50% of the capital.
