Abu Dhabi –Mubasher: National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) expects to achieve a 4% year-on-year rise in its revenues to AED 4.5 billion ($1.22 billion) by the end of 2016.
The company generated revenues of AED 4 billion in 2015, the company’s CEO Aqeel Madhi added on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (Adipec) on 7 November in Abu Dhabi.
NPCC plans to acquire a number of projects related to the construction of oil platforms and undersea cables in India and Malysia, with plans to geographically expand in Southeast Asia and West Africa, Madhi added.
The firm is working on two new projects worth $600 million in India, he said, adding that there are studies to enter into alliances with Malaysian companies to implement a number of projects in the country.
