Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-based National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) is planning to expand in India and Southeast Asia in a bid to serve its regional projects, the firm’s CEO Ahmed Salem Al Dhaheri said.
Total investments of NPCC, a joint venture between Senaat (70%) and Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCIC) (30%), in India amounted to as much as AED 8 billion.
Al Dhaheri added that NPCC’s expansion plans in the Indian market started through opening a regional engineering office in Heydarabad, raising its offices in the Asian nation to two offices.
It is worth noting that NPCC has implemented up to 1,150 projects in the UAE and GCC countries.
Moreover, the firm is looking to expand its portfolio of services and to tap into new markets such as South East Asia and West Africa.
