Kuwait – Mubasher: The board of National Real Estate (NREC) will hold a meeting on Wednesday to overview the business strategy and the requirement for increasing the capital.
The board will also discuss issuing convertible bonds, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
On 22 July, the company’s shareholders approved raising the capital to KWD 98.97 million from KWD 994.25 million.
