Kuwait-Mubasher: National Real Estate (NREC) will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 19 June to discuss the capital increase, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
The company will consider raising the capital to KWD 98.97 million from KWD 94.25 million, by distributing 5% bonus shares.
NREC’s stock retreated by 1.1% to 90 fils by the mid-session of Monday, after 10,000 shares were exchanged at a value of KWD 900.
