Kuwait-Mubasher: The shareholders of National Real Estate (NREC) gave the go-ahead to increase the capital from KWD 94.25 million to KWD 98.97 million, according to a bourse statement.
The capital will be increased by 5% which is equivalent to the bonus shares distributed last year.
The shareholders approved the capital raise at a par value of 100 fils per share.
The company’s stock stabilised at 88 fils, with a turnover of KWD 11,420 generated from the exchange of 129,800 shares.
