Riyadh - Mubasher: The CEO of Saudi National Water Company (NWC), Mohammad Mowkley said that 40 water and environmental projects are currently being carried out for the water and sewage sector in Al-Jouf Region.
The total investments in the projects amount to SAR 1.28 billion ($341 million), Mowkley revealed.
The sector is working to speed up projects, in line with the Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and the National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020, the CEO added.
The total cost of NTP initiatives for the water and sewage sector has exceeded SAR 440 million, distributed over seven projects, the statement indicated.
The program also include another 33 projects with investments of more than SAR 845 million.
