Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of National Agricultural Development Co. (Nadec) recommended the distribution of cash dividends at 5%, or SAR 0.50 per share, totalling SAR 38.5 million, for the fiscal year 2015.
The proposed dividend distribution represents 27% of the company’s full-year profits that reached SAR 141.32 million.
The company is capitalised at SAR 770 million, divided into 77 million shares.
