Cairo – Mubasher: Naeem Holding said Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss a proposal to distribute 0.10-for-1 bonus shares.
On the same day, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will discuss raising the issued capital from $198.7 million to $218.59 million, according to a bourse filing.
