Cairo – Mubasher: Naeem Holding said it acquired each of Al-Tawfeek brokerage and Al-Tawfeek financials in return for EGP 24 million.
The brokerage said it finished off the due diligence process in respect to acquiring the two firms for EGP 16.3 million and EGP 7.52 million for Al-Tawfeek brokerage and Al-Tawfeek financials respectively.
Earlier, Naeem reported net profits of $924,700 for the third quarter of 2016, against losses of $4.69 million for the same period of the previous year.
