Cairo-Mubasher: Naeem Holding placed a 'Buy' recommendation on Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment, setting the fair value at EGP 14.29.
The research firm said 87% of the company's assets are focused on the real estate sector, while the financial segment dominates 5% of the group's capital.
A portion of the company's real estate portfolio will likely be offered for trading in 2016, Naeem said.
The stock closed Tuesday at EGP 7.07, which indicates that the fair value is around 100% higher than the current stock value.
