Riyadh - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Najran Cement Company approved on Monday distributing cash dividends of 60 halalas per share for the first half of 2016.
Total dividends amount to SAR 102 million, as per share dividends represent 6% of the share’s nominal value.
The OGM approved the board and auditor’s reports for 2016, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
It also approved the payment of SAR 1.8 million as remunerations to the board members for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2016.
The company’s net profits declined 51.2% during 2016, reaching SAR 124.81 million compared to SAR 255.62 million in the year earlier.
