Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dubai property developer Nakheel said Wednesday that it has awarded a contract worth AED 117.5 million to Al Ghurair Contracting and Engineering Works Company for the construction of a new, 375,000 square feet showroom complex at Dragon City in Dubai.
The new retail centre will include 18 showrooms and a multi-storey car park for 900 vehicles, according to a statement.
The company said that construction works will start within two months and are expected to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2018, adding that all of the 118,000 sq ft of leasing space has already been booked.
