Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel on Tuesday announced awarding an AED 79.7 million ($21.70 million) contract to Ghantoot Gulf Contracting to build The St. Regis Beach Club as part of its 52-storey The Palm Tower in Dubai.
The St. Regis Beach Club, which complements The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm, enjoys extensive views of the Arabian Gulf and is scheduled to open in 2019.
The St. Regis Dubai – The Palm comprises 289 rooms, several restaurants, as well lifestyle and fitness venues.
“The St. Regis Beach Club will feature an array of dining options, including modern, fusion concepts never before seen in the UAE, [added to] an infinity edge pool stretching almost 100 metres along Palm Jumeirah’s seafront and state-of-the-art gym and fitness facilities,” Nakheel revealed in a statement.
The Palm Tower, whose completion has reached 80% in terms of concrete works, is linked to Nakheel Mall, which comprises 350 shops, restaurants, and attractions, and entertainment outlets. The Palm Tower will open in 2019.
