Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties on Tuesday announced it has awarded a contract worth AED 35 million to Dubai-based GBH International Contracting for the construction of a new health, sports and leisure centre at the Jumeirah Park community.
The new project will be built over a 93,000-square feet area, and construction work is set to commence next October, according to a press release.
The leisure hub will feature children’s facilities, including a nursery and a swimming pool for kids, the property developer added.
The project will also feature retail amenities, including a supermarket, medical clinic, beauty salons, and everyday convenience stores across 46,000 square feet of leasable space.
