Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel awarded a construction contract to build Deira Mall with a total investment of AED 6.1 billion, according to a statement.
Under a contract valued at AED 4.2 billion, Nakheel has appointed United Engineering Construction to build the mall.
The project's construction works will start in the third quarter of 2017, with completion in 2020.
Deira Mall will be the “biggest” in Dubai in terms of shop space, with 4 million square feet of leasable area.
