Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Company on Sunday announced that it has finalised 80% of its Palm Tower on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, finishing 42 floors and scheduling the remaining eight residential floors for delivery in the third quarter of 2018.
Palm Tower will have 50 floors comprising a hotel and residential accommodation topped off by a level restaurant complex in the fifty-first floor and a floor public viewing deck in the fifty-second floor, according to a company statement.
The new Tower comprises a 289-room St. Regis hotel, 432 luxury residences, and various dining and leisure facilities.
St. Regis hotel is planned to occupy the first 18 floors, with fully furnished studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments on the upper floors, the UAE-based company concluded.
