Dubai - Mubasher: Nakheel’s chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah, said on Monday that his company was holding negotiations with 4 local banks to get a loan to finance current expansions.
The loan repayment will be carried out on 7 years, Lootah told reporters on the sidelines of an event held by Nakheel in Dubai.
This will be the first loan for Nakheel since the company announced in August completing the repayment of all of its debts that totalled $16 billion.
