Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel has awarded an AED 552 million construction contract in its AED 713 million Dragon Towers project.
The contractors that won the contract, Ali Mousa & Sons Contracting, will start the mobilisation immediately, according to a company statement.
The 37-storey, Dragon Towers, comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments; ground and first floor retail; four parking levels and a sixth-floor podium-level clubhouse with a swimming pool, restaurant and gym.
The construction works are expected to be completed in 2021, Nakheel said.
