UAE – Mubasher: Nakheel has launched the first phase of its high-end villas for lease project at Nad Al Sheba Community.
Located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Ziyad Road, the project offers four and five-bedroom homes for rent starting from AED 118,750 a year, according to Nakheel’s statement on Wednesday.
Nad Al Sheba community will feature an abundance of fitness and recreational facilities, including five-kilometre cycling and jogging tracks, currently under construction, encircling the development, with a community clubhouse, restaurant, pool, gym, and sports courts on the way.
Moreover, Nad Al Sheba Mall, which is under construction on the edge of the community, offers up to 200 shops and restaurants, in addition to a supermarket, medical centre, multi-screen cinema and fitness facilities.
