Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties expects to post profits higher than 2016's AED 4.96 billion recorded in 2017, Reuters quoted the firm's chairman Ali Rashid Lootah as saying.
The company is working on increasing recurring income to more than 50% of all revenues by 2021, with the opening of more shopping malls in Dubai, Lootah noted.
Recurring income has increased 213% to AED 2.5 billion since 2010.
"We see good opportunities in retail," Lootah added.
