Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based developer Nakheel is showcasing $15.8 billion (AED 58.04 billion) new projects at the international real estate exhibition, MIPIM.
With $35 billion global portfolio, Nakheel is returning to the real estate event to affirm its position in the property market.
"Nakheel’s past, present and future projects are pivotal to Dubai’s achievements, and we continue to deliver ground-breaking, landmark developments that capture the attention of investors the world over,” the Emirates News Agency reported on Tuesday, citing Nakheel’s chairman Ali Rashid Lootah as saying.
Earlier in March, Nakheel Properties reported a net profit of AED 4.38 billion ($1.19 billion) in the full-year 2018, compared to AED 5.67 billion in 2017.
