Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel on Sunday announced opening an AED 60 million ($16.34 million) retail pavilion at its Badrah and Veneto communities.
The 72,000 square-foot (sqft) pavilion comprises a variety of shops, cafes, and amenities, added to an 8,000 sqft Carrefour supermarket.
The new project also includes a park with the capacity to hold 270 vehicles, a mosque, and sports facilities, Nakheel revealed in a statement, noting that it will be managed by Nakheel Malls.
With the inauguration of the new pavilion, Dubai-based Nakheel’s pavilion collection has increased to six.
Nakheel's pavilion portfolio includes others in Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands, Discovery Gardens, International City, and Al Furjan.
