Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel on Thursday announced the opening of a multi-story park at Dragon Mart.
The newly opened park accommodates up to 900 vehicles, which means quicker access and more convenience for the 40 million people who visit each year, the real estate developer said in a statement.
The park brings the total number of parking bays at Dragon Mart to more than 9,000.
The new facility is part of the AED169 million Dragon City phase three, which also features a retail showroom complex that is expected to be opened in the near future, the statement added.
It is worth noting that Dragon Mart is owned and operated by Nakheel Malls, the retail arm of Nakheel.
During the full-year 2018, Nakheel generated a net profit of AED 4.38 billion ($1.19 billion), compared to AED 5.67 billion in 2017.
