Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel plans to develop a number of future projects worth AED 30 billion until 2021, Al Khaleej newspaper quoted Nakheel’s chairman Ali Lootah as saying.
The projects will be in the residential, retail and hospitality sectors.
The company plans to triple annual lease revenues to reach AED 7.5 billion by 2021.
The company’s lease portfolio will comprise 3,6500 residential units, compared to 17,000 units in the current period.
Nakheel will unveil five new projects on the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2017, which will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre between 11 and 13 September.
