Dubai – Mubasher: Master developer Nakheel has invited contenders to bid for the ground preparation proposals for PALM360 project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
PALM360 comprises two-tower hotel and a residential project, the UAE-based developer stated on Tuesday.
The 260-metre development includes Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel and Raffles Residences PALM360, along with a large sky pool to connect the two towers 170 metres above ground.
Nakheel will launch the tender of the construction of PALM360 later in 2018, while the mega-project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
“PALM360 will offer the ultimate in luxury living and leisure. Complementing 125 opulent Raffles hotel rooms are 331 Raffles-branded residences, including 16 ultra-plush penthouses spanning up to 12,000 square feet,” Nakheel revealed.
Nakheel did not release details regarding the project’s value.
