Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties on Wednesday announced that it has begun selling 147 luxury four-bedroom homes with private pools located at its Jumeirah Park community.
Construction works at the Jumeirah Park are set to begin in early 2019 and will be completed at the beginning of 2021, the Dubai-based real estate developer said in a statement.
Spanning over 3,807 square feet, the luxury villas are fitted with spacious terraces a rooftop area, double lock-up garages, four and half bathrooms.
Prices start at AED 3.4 million ($925,636), the Emirati developer said, adding that it offers lucrative payment schedules.
On Tuesday, 25 September, Nakheel Properties announced it has awarded an AED 35 million contract to Dubai-based GBH International Contracting for the construction of a new health, sports and leisure centre at the Jumeirah Park community.
The new project will be built over a 93,000-square feet area, and construction work is set to commence next October, the company said.
The leisure hub will feature children’s facilities, including a nursery and a swimming pool for kids, the property developer added.
The project will also feature retail amenities, including a supermarket, medical clinic, beauty salons, and everyday convenience stores across 46,000 square feet of leasable space.
As many as 21,000 residents are housed in the Jumeirah Park community, comprising several high-quality villas and apartment blocks.
