Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel intends to deliver the leasing units for the investors in Nakheel Mall, Jumeirah, UAE, by mid-2017, chairman Ali Lootah said.
The mall project will be completely delivered by the end of 2017, the chairman added on the sidelines of a press conference on Wednesday.
Nakheel will complete the construction works of its residential project, The Palm Tower, early 2019, Lootah noted.
The UAE firm will continue expansion works in the retail field, the chairman said, adding that the lease land space for the retail portfolio stands at 17 million square feet at a value of KWD 16 billion by 2020.
