Dubai – Mubasher: Master developer Nakheel is set to build a new health, fitness, and leisure hub at Jumeirah Park.
The new development will incorporate Olympic-size pool, a 16,000 square feet gym, and spa, and it is scheduled for inauguration in 2019, according to a company statement released on Thursday.
The developer invites tenders for the construction proposals of the clubhouse and retail centre, which will comprise first-class sports facilities, along with restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The Jumeirah Park Clubhouse is the largest among Nakheel’s group of community clubs across Dubai.
The cost of the project was not yet revealed.
