Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties on Wednesday has said that it will announce a slew of new projects during Dubai’s Cityscape Global 2018, that will take place from 2-4 October.
Along with a series of townhouses based in Jumeriah Park, the Dubai-based developer plans to launch its under construction beachfront project in the Deira Islands Waterfront city during the real estate event, Nakheel said in a statement.
While selling units at 37 storey-Dragon Towers will begin starting from 30 September, Nakheel added.
The project comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments, ground and first floor retail, four parking levels and a sixth-floor podium-level clubhouse with a swimming pool, restaurant and gym.
Moreover, Nakheel is to offer a range of attractive incentives as well as flexible monthly payment schedules for investors willing to buy its properties based in Dubai’s most appealing destinations, including Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Islands and Al Furjan, the statement said.
Earlier in August, Nakheel unveiled plans to invest AED 15 million to build two new marinas on Palm Jumeirah in order to increase boat mooring capacity, which will bring the island’s total number of berths to 600 million.
The Emarati real estate company appointed Majestic Marine Engineering for the construction of the new facilities.
