Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel will unveil a diverse range of projects worth more than AED 3.2 billion ($871 million) at Cityscape Global 2017, according to a statement.
The company will launch six new residential, retail, and hospitality developments at four of its communities in Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah.
Cityscape will be held from 11 to 13 September at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The developer already has more than AED 50 billion worth of projects underway in terms of infrastructure and construction costs.
Nakheel awarded construction contracts worth AED 7 billion so far this year, with expectations to exceed AED 12 billion by the end of 2017.
The company has more than 27,000 investors who have collectively spent over AED 110 billion on 41,000 land plots or built form units since the first properties went on sale in 2002.
