Dubai – Mubasher: A joint venture between Nakheel and RIU Hotels and Resorts has released a construction tender for a beachfront resort and water park project worth AED 670 million, according to a statement.
The 800-room resort is set for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2019.
The joint venture is one of 18 projects in Nakheel’s AED 5 billion hospitality expansion programme, which will deliver 5,800 new hotel rooms and apartments across Dubai.
