Riyadh – Mubasher: Nama Chemicals Company stated that it is unable to publish its preliminary financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website within the regulatory period.
In a bourse disclosure, the company explained that it could not manage to complete the audit work for the consolidated annual financial results ending on 31 December 2025.
Nama Chemicals noted that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
