Kuwait – Mubasher: National Petroleum Services (Napesco) recorded a year-on-year increase of 63.9% in the third quarter of 2016.
Earnings grew to KWD 1.95 million ($6.42 million) in Q3-16 from KWD 1.19 million ($3.92 million) in Q3-15, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Similarly, Napesco achieved KWD 5.72 million profits during the first nine months of 2016 as compared to KWD 4.65 million in the same period a year ago; a rise of 23%.
The higher profits during the period ended 30 September, 2016 resulted from expansion of Napesco’s business, the statement added.
